1. Orders & Payments

All items are handmade and often made to order. Full payment is required at checkout. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time.

2. Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.

Shipping delays may occur due to high volume, customs, or carrier issues—thank you for your patience.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If something’s wrong with your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery at officialvauras@gmail.com, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

4. Custom Orders

We love creating custom pieces. If you’re interested in a custom design, please fill out the inquiry form on our contact page. Custom orders are final sale and require up-front payment.

All designs, images, and content on this site belong to Vauras and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure accuracy, but we’re human. We are not responsible for any accidental errors, delays, or issues beyond our control once items are shipped.
